VBA is Excel's programming language, allowing you to automate repetitive tasks such as processing data or creating reports. A program written in VBA is known as a macro. Once you can use VBA proficiently, even to a basic level, the possibilities are endless.
With VBA, you can command excel to edit any element of the spreadsheet, including formatting, inserting formulas, tables and charts, as well as looping through a data set and performing a task many times. You can also use it to create custom user input forms for your spreadsheets.
